It's the summer holidays and Seymour, an eleven year old loner is staying with his guardian in an inner city suburb. He is bored and by accident he meets Angie who is beautiful and charismatic and suddenly a world of holiday outings is opened up for him. Angie, however is not what she seems, carefree and extrovert, she's on drugs.
